I recently used the services of Balai Besar Bahan dan Barang Teknik (B4T) and I must say that it was an average experience. The staff was courteous, but the overall service was lacking. The website was difficult to navigate, and I found it hard to find the information I needed. The products offered were of decent quality, but nothing exceptional. I expected more from a reputed company like B4T. Overall, my experience with B4T was average and I may consider exploring other options in the future.
