I recently visited a prosthetics clinic, and I must say I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I could find all the necessary information about their services. However, the overall customer service could have been better. The staff seemed knowledgeable, but they lacked the warmth and friendliness that I was hoping for. The waiting time was also quite long, and I had to wait much longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the clinic was clean and well-maintained, creating a professional environment. The pricing was reasonable, but I feel that they could offer more affordable options for those on a tighter budget. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and wait times.
