I am a long-time customer of First National Bank of Brookfield and I must say that their services have been consistently average. While they are not exceptional, they also aren't terrible. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I haven't had any major issues with their online banking platform. However, I find their fees to be a bit high compared to other banks in the area. Overall, I would rate them as average.
