I have been a customer of Unfriendlyghost for a while now and I have to say, their service is quite average. The website is decent, but there are often technical glitches that can be frustrating. The prices are fair, but I have found better deals elsewhere. The customer support is okay, but it takes them longer than expected to respond. All in all, Unfriendlyghost is an average company.
