I had an overall average experience with Forbes Waterloo Toyota. The sales team was friendly but not particularly attentive. I had to ask multiple times for information on different cars, which was frustrating. The service department did an average job with my car's maintenance. Overall, I expected better service and attention to detail from Forbes Waterloo Toyota.
