I recently purchased some sports and RV equipment from this company's website and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products, but I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side compared to other similar stores. The purchasing process was smooth, and I received my order within the expected timeframe. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of one of the items I received, as it did not meet my expectations. The customer service was responsive and helped me with my concerns, but it took a bit longer than I would have liked to resolve the issue. In conclusion, this company has some room for improvement in terms of pricing and product quality, but their customer service was satisfactory.
