I have been a customer of Ing Ukraine for several years now and I must say that their services are just average. The website is quite confusing and it takes a lot of time to navigate through it. The customer support is not very helpful either. The rates for their products are not very competitive compared to other banks in the market. Overall, I would say that there is nothing exceptional about Ing Ukraine, but it gets the job done.
