I recently used the services of a counseling group located in Miami, and I found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and the information provided was helpful in understanding the services offered. However, I felt that the communication with the staff was somewhat lacking, and I would have appreciated more personalized attention. The counselors were professional, but I didn't feel a strong connection during the sessions. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer engagement and support.
