I had a mixed experience with Footprints Design Studio. Some aspects of their service were excellent, but others were average. I appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to accommodate my design preferences. However, there were times when communication was lacking, and it took longer than expected to complete the project. Overall, I would rate them as average.
