The service at Forbes Waterloo Toyota is average. While the staff was friendly, I felt that they could have been more attentive to my needs. The sales team didn't fully understand what I was looking for and ended up showing me a few options that didn't meet my requirements. The service department did a decent job with the maintenance but could have been more thorough. Overall, Forbes Waterloo Toyota is an okay dealership.
