I had a great experience at Otam Yoga Shala. The instructors were knowledgeable and patient, and the classes were challenging but manageable. I felt like I was able to push myself while still maintaining proper form. The studio itself was clean and welcoming, and I appreciated the calming atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic place to practice yoga!
