Another aspect that stood out was the lack of detailed case studies or success stories on the website, which would have been helpful in understanding their previous work and the positive impact they have had on their clients.

When it came to communication, I found their response time to be average. While they were prompt in acknowledging my initial inquiries, their follow-up could have been more consistent and proactive. Their team was knowledgeable and courteous but could have been more proactive in suggesting innovative ideas for my campaign.
