I had an overall positive experience with Washington County Mental Health Services. The staff was caring and helpful, and I am grateful for the support they provided during my treatment. The therapists were knowledgeable and understanding, and I felt comfortable discussing my concerns with them. The only improvement I would suggest is more flexibility in scheduling appointments.
