I had a mixed experience working at Deloitte. While the work culture was great and the colleagues were supportive, I found the management to be lacking in clear communication and direction. The workload was often overwhelming, leading to long hours and high stress levels. However, the opportunities for growth and learning were abundant, and the company provided excellent training programs. Overall, my time at Deloitte was valuable in terms of professional development.
