I had the opportunity to work with the Science and Engineering Institute (SCIEI) recently, and I must say that it was an average experience overall. The team was knowledgeable and professional, but there were some areas where improvements could be made. The website, sciei.org, provided a good amount of information, but the navigation was a bit confusing at times. The rate of response from the customer service team was average too. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciated the company's dedication to promoting science and engineering research. With some improvements, SCIEI could be a great resource for researchers and scientists around the world.
