I recently used the services of this company, and while they provide a decent level of care, I found it to be rather average. The website was well-organized and informative, making it easy to find the information I needed. However, I felt that the response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, which was slightly frustrating.

The therapists I interacted with were knowledgeable and professional, but I didn't feel a strong connection or sense of empathy from them. It's important to me to feel understood and supported in a therapeutic setting, and unfortunately, I didn't quite get that from Presbyterian Psychological Services.

Overall, I would say it was an average experience with this company. They offer a solid range of services, but there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and building a stronger rapport with clients. 😐
