Overall, my experience with Multicar was positive. The booking process was simple and I received a confirmation email immediately. The car I rented was clean and well-maintained. The only downside was that the pick-up location was a bit far from the airport. However, the customer service was helpful and the rates were reasonable. I would consider using Multicar again in the future.
