I had the opportunity to engage with a company called Biotechnology through their website biotechnologyag.com. I must say that my experience with this company was a mix of good and bad. On the positive side, their range of products is impressive. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow and the representatives were not very helpful. They need to improve their customer support.
