As a CUSTOMER, I have to say that Imagination plus is an average company. Their website imaginationplus.com looks good and functions well, but their customer service could use some improvement. The response time for inquiries was a bit slow and their representatives were not always the most helpful. Overall, it was an okay experience, but they could definitely do better.
