I recently used Student Abroad Travel for my trip to Europe and I had an average experience. The booking process was smooth and the website was easy to navigate. However, I had some issues with the customer service. The agents were not very helpful and seemed to lack knowledge about the destinations. Overall, it was an average experience and I would consider using them again if they improve their customer service.
