The company provided a satisfactory experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and had detailed information about their services. However, there were a few issues that I encountered during my interaction with them. Firstly, the response time was slower than expected. It took a while for them to get back to me with a quote and answer my queries. Secondly, the communication could have been improved. There were some miscommunications which caused confusion and delays in the project. On the positive side, the quality of their work was decent. The contractors were skilled and professional, delivering the end result as promised. Considering the average experience, I would recommend this company to others, but with the suggestion to improve their responsiveness and communication for a smoother customer experience.
