I recently had the opportunity to work with a design studio for my company's website and decided to give Ballinger Design Studio a try. While I had heard good things about them, my experience was average overall.

Communication with their team was a bit lacking. I often had to follow up multiple times to get responses to my inquiries, which caused some delays. However, once we were able to connect, they did take the time to understand my vision and incorporated it into the design.

The end result was okay, but not exceptional. The website had a few minor glitches that needed fixing, and the overall design lacked the WOW factor I was hoping for. Additionally, the process took longer than expected, and I felt the pricing was on the higher side considering the outcome.

While I appreciate their effort to meet my requirements, I can't say I was blown away by Ballinger Design Studio. They might be a better fit for someone looking for a simple and straightforward website design, but for more complex projects, I would explore other options.
