I recently flew with this airline and had a decent experience. The website was easy to navigate and booking was simple. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the in-flight entertainment options were limited, and the seats were not the most comfortable. The food served was average in quality, and the overall ambiance of the cabin could have been improved. The flight did arrive on time though, so that was a plus. In summary, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
