I recently booked a trip with Bookwithbit and overall it was an okay experience. The website was user-friendly and the booking process was smooth. However, I had some issues with the customer service. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and they weren't very helpful. I hope they can improve their customer support in the future.
