I had a rather mixed experience with Wordsmith. While I appreciated the promptness of their delivery and the quality of their writing, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me with my inquiries. Nonetheless, I would still consider using their services again in the future.
