I have been a customer of Word International Ministries, Inc. for several years now and I must say that their service is truly average. Although they have a good mission and vision, the execution still needs improvement. The staff members are generally friendly and accommodating, but there are instances where they lack expertise and proper training. Overall, I would rate their service as average, with room for improvement.
