Graphite Journal is an average company. Their website graphitejournal.com is easy to navigate and the products they offer are of decent quality. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow in responding to my queries and did not provide satisfactory solutions to my problems. Overall, I would say they are just an average company and there are better options out there.
