I have been a customer of Sydney Story Factory for a few months now, and I must say they are average. The workshops offered are quite helpful for budding writers like me. The instructors are knowledgeable and provide useful tips and feedback. However, I feel that the workshops could be more interactive and engaging. Overall, it's a decent place to improve your storytelling skills.
