I recently purchased a clarinet from an online music store and I'm extremely satisfied with my experience. The instrument arrived promptly and was well-packaged. The quality is great and it plays beautifully. The only thing I wish was improved is the customer service, as sometimes it took them a while to respond to my queries. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.
