My recent experience with a tour organized by a travel company was quite disappointing. The itinerary was not up to the mark, and there were several issues with the accommodations. However, I would like to acknowledge that the tour guide was helpful and tried their best to make the trip better. It's just the company's overall service that needs improvement.
