I had the opportunity to work with Pmsa group of companies recently and I must say, it was a mixed experience. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, others left much to be desired. One thing that really impressed me was their website, pmsa.com. It was well-designed and user-friendly. However, their customer support was not up to par. There were delays in response and I felt like my concerns weren't being addressed properly. Overall, I would rate them as average.
