The company's website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information I needed. However, I found their customer service to be just average. I contacted them with a query, and it took them a while to respond. When they finally did, they provided the information I needed, but the response was not very friendly or welcoming.

In terms of their products, they have a decent range, but nothing stood out as exceptional. Prices were average compared to similar companies in the market. The quality of the product I purchased was satisfactory, but I've seen better options elsewhere.

Delivery was on time, which I appreciated. Packaging was standard and protected the product well. Overall, my experience with Elektrotechnik was neither outstanding nor disappointing. It was simply average, and there was room for improvement in terms of customer service and product quality.
