As a bride-to-be, I recently visited the bridal boutique in Charlotte looking for my dream wedding gown. The website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information about their collections. 😊

When I arrived at the boutique, the ambiance was lovely, giving a warm and cozy feeling. The staff was polite and greeted me with a smile. However, I found the selection of dresses to be limited and not as diverse as I had hoped. 😕

The fitting room was clean and well-maintained, and the consultant was attentive throughout the appointment. Although I appreciated their patience, I felt that they lacked in providing personalized suggestions and guidance. 👗💔
