I recently had the opportunity to work with Trinity Tile & Stone and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided me with the necessary information. However, I was hoping for more variety in their tile and stone options. The products they offer are of decent quality, but I couldn't find anything that truly stood out. The customer service was satisfactory, although I did encounter a slight delay in receiving a response to my inquiry. The delivery process was smooth and efficient, and the items arrived in good condition. While Trinity Tile & Stone may not be my first choice for future projects, they still provided me with an adequate service.
