I had a mixed experience with Peter Charles Designs. While the quality of their products was great, I had some issues with their customer service. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and they were not very helpful in resolving my problem. However, the jewelry itself is beautiful, so if you don't mind potential customer service issues, I would still recommend giving them a try.
