I have been a customer of the City of Garland for several years now, and I must say, their services have greatly improved over time. The website, garlandtx.gov, is user-friendly and provides a wealth of information. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to assist. I appreciate their efforts in making our city a better place to live.
