I had mixed feelings about Kelsaa. While their website was user-friendly and the products were of good quality, their customer service left a lot to be desired. It took a long time to get a response and when I finally did, the representative was not very helpful. This was quite disappointing, considering the positive experiences I had with other aspects of the company.
