Telecomgiant is an average company. While their products are decent, I have had some issues with their customer service. The representatives can be unhelpful and the wait times can be long. The network coverage is acceptable, but the internet speeds could be better. The website is reasonably user-friendly, but it could use some improvements. Overall, Telecomgiant is not bad, but there are better options out there.
