I have mixed feelings about Etc co. ltd. On one hand, their website is easy to use and they have a good selection of products. However, the customer service is not very responsive and the quality of the products is just average. I expected better from such a well-known company. I may consider trying them again in the future, but I'm not completely satisfied.
