I have been a customer of the Westchester County Department of Parks and Recreation for several years now, and I must say that their services are average at best. The park facilities are decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it feels like they lack proper training. Overall, it's an okay experience, but nothing exceptional.
