I recently started practicing yoga at Hot Yoga AS and it has been an incredible experience. The instructors are amazing and the classes are both challenging and relaxing. The studio is beautiful and clean, and the atmosphere is so peaceful. I highly recommend Hot Yoga AS to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental well-being!
