I recently volunteered at the Greater Birmingham Humane Society and it was an amazing experience. The staff and volunteers are so passionate about their work and it's evident in the care they provide to the animals. The shelter is clean and well-organized, and every animal is given the love and attention they need. I highly recommend supporting this organization in any way you can.
