I recently enrolled in an English language course with a language school in Araxa. The experience was adequate overall, with a few areas for improvement. The website was easy to navigate and provided clear information about the courses offered. However, the registration process was a bit tedious, and the response time from the customer service team could have been faster. The teachers were knowledgeable and competent, but I felt that the classroom atmosphere lacked energy and enthusiasm. The teaching materials provided were somewhat outdated, and I would have appreciated more interactive and up-to-date resources. Additionally, the course fees were on the higher side compared to other language schools in the area. Overall, my experience with this language school was average. With some improvements in customer service, teaching materials, and class dynamics, it has the potential to be a great learning institution.
