I recently used a storage service from taxibox.com.au and overall, it was an okay experience. The storage unit was clean and spacious, and the delivery/pick-up was on time. However, the customer service could have been better. I experienced some delays in getting responses to my inquiries and felt that they could have been more attentive. Nevertheless, if you are looking for a convenient and reasonably priced storage solution, Taxibox is worth considering.
