I recently completed a lean training program with a well-known company. The training materials were well-structured and easy to follow, and the instructor was knowledgeable and engaging. I learned a lot about lean principles and how to apply them in my work. The only suggestion I have is to include more real-life examples and case studies to make the content more relatable. Overall, it was a valuable experience and I would recommend it to others.
