I recently booked a tour through Adventure-Nicaragua.com and had an average experience. 😐 The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information about the tours available. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and the representatives seemed uninformed about certain aspects of the tours. 😕 The tour itself was okay, but it didn't meet my expectations. The guide was knowledgeable, but the itinerary felt rushed and didn't allow for much time to fully explore the attractions. 🙁 Additionally, the transportation provided was not very comfortable. Overall, while Adventure-Nicaragua.com offers a wide range of tours, I felt that the customer service, itinerary planning, and transportation could have been better. I would recommend exploring other options before booking with this company.
