As a customer, I had a mixed experience with the Indonesia Asian Para Games 2018 Organizing Committee (INAPGOC). The overall management of the event was average, with some areas being organized well while others lacked attention to detail. The website (ina2018apg.id) was informative, but it could have been more user-friendly. The ticketing process was smooth, although the seating arrangements could have been better. However, the opening and closing ceremonies were great, showcasing the rich culture and spirit of Indonesia. Overall, I would rate INAPGOC's efforts as average.
