I recently used M&c Saatchi Social for a digital marketing campaign and I must say that their services were quite average. While they did manage to deliver the required results, their approach was not very innovative or creative. The team seemed to lack passion and enthusiasm, which was quite disappointing. Overall, I was expecting more from a reputed agency like them.
