I recently hired a company for some heating and cooling work, and the experience was average. The technicians were prompt and professional, but I found the pricing to be a bit on the higher side compared to other companies I have used in the past. The work was completed satisfactorily, but I didn't feel like it was exceptional. The website was easy to navigate and had useful information, which was a plus. Overall, the experience was decent, but I may shop around for better pricing and service next time.
