I recently joined a gym and stumbled upon Energy Mill Gym Limited. I must say, I have been really impressed so far. The facilities are great and the staff is very friendly. The trainers are knowledgeable and always willing to help. I love the variety of classes they offer, which keeps me motivated. The gym is always clean and well-maintained. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.
